David Lessard, historian MA

Graduate of Université Laval and "Université de Rennes II Haute-Bretagne" in France, Mr. Lessard is the third member of the research team of CIRCARE CONSULTANTS. He manages the company and coordinates the research of out-sourced colleagues working on specifics contracts.

Julie Lavigne, historian MA

Graduate of a Master’s degree in History from Université Laval, her research regarding the development of French communities in Northwest Territories was awarded a bursary from the "Conseil de la vie Française en Amérique". Ms Lavigne worked as a professional researcher for the Canada Research Chair in Contemporary Political History and Economy in Quebec on a study concerning the presentation of the way history is transmitted in the province from an educational perspective. She has also wrote few articles, notably, in the annual publication of the "Chaire pour le development de la recherche sur la culture d’expression francaise en Amerique du Nord" (CÉFAN, 2004).
